"I ordered micra for first time and there was a problem in spring loaded scissors then i got the refund and i ordered it again because i want it and i trusted Letherman but i had the same problem!! then i contacted your customer service and they told me to send a video and i sent it then no answer anymore!!! this is disappointing experience for the tool and customer service and i won’t do it again. . i thought this brand is the best but unfortunately it isn’t."
