"At first I thought that it’s a used tool due to all of thr scuff marks, but I read on the homepage FAQ, that it’s to be expected with the black oxide. Sad. Other than that, the tool seems solid. Tool is great, but no invoice received

"I have been using Leatherman's for about 20 years and this Wave plus is a great as the others I had. The only problem is that I never received an invoice for the purchase, which I need for my accounting. I emailed twice and got confirmation and case numbers, but never got any reply. Also contacting through social media did not help. So, great tool, but the paperwork and customer service is not working in my case."

Everything great except the scissors

"Every tool is firm, solid, good quality, easy to use. Except the scissor which is just BAD. The folding is good, but its super blunt and its two parts are not tight enough to start a cut through somehting flexible like a tshirt label for example. I have a 12 year old victorinox and while its other tools are very different, the scissors are perfect even after all this time."
