Refund policy
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If your return is due to an error on our part, Leatherman will refund the original shipping cost and provide you with a prepaid return label to make the process easy for you.
Items should be returned in the original product packaging with the packing slip included.
*Excludes items listed as Final Sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customised items are not subject to return or exchange. Once an order for a custom or engraved item is received, it cannot be cancelled.
14-Day Cancellation Rights for EU Customers
You have a right to cancel a contract at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day after you received the product(s) without giving a reason. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received, including the costs of delivery. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract. REFUNDS
Please note we will refund you in 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned the product(s). Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order.
APPAREL RETURNS
Apparel returns will only be accepted if they do not show any signs of use or damage. They must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Leatherman custom product is built just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
