Best multitool I've ever owned, with an even better warranty
I owned this multitool for over two years, without an issue. I loved its ergonomic design, lightweight build, and quality tools. It was in the middle of winter, and I couldn't seem to find it anywhere. A few months rolled by, and I thought it was gone for good. Low and behold in the spring I started finding chunks of it all over my driveway. It turns out that I had dropped it from my pocket and ran it through with the snowblower. Well, I collected about 20 pieces of it, put it in an envelope and sent it to Leatherman. I thought for sure they would categorize that as "abuse" and send the pieces back, but I figured it was worth a shot. About a week later I got a brand-new Leatherman in the mail. I still can't believe it. My only complaint with the new one is that it's getting minor amounts of rust on the plier head. That didn't happen with my old one, and i've treated it about the same. It's a minor issue though, and a small price to pay for the overall quality of everything else.
