The Super Tool 300M provides all the essentials for even the toughest of jobs for military professionals, from firearm maintenance to makeshift shelters. Built into its Cerakote® handles are 18 features including a heavy-duty nail puller, carbon scraper, serrated knife blade and more. Wanted to get one since 2020

"I wanted to get this tool since 2020, it has everything I need for weapon maintenance in the field, besides the carbon scraper I need a bit driver on any leatherman I have since I'm like an un-official armourer/weapon expert in the field and often times I can fix some problems and save the hassle of dragging arourers out into our location for something I can fix with an allen/torx and some tools in the leatherman. Since I lost my REI signal in Lebanon, now it's time for the upgrade to the Supertool 300M."

It's a T-handle for a cleaning kit!

"Haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, but I just noticed that there are threaded holes on the plier jaws that correspond to a hole in the side of one of the handles. These holes are threaded for the standard Otis-style rifle cleaning rods. You can use this multi-tool as a T-handle for a rifle cleaning kit!"

Supertool 300M

"This is a pretty rugged tool with a great accessory in the bit extender/site tool. This is one of two choices Leatherman offers for firearms maintenance. While the tool set for the MUT seems more geared to the AF platform, the Supertool M seems more capable as a multi purpose tool. The slight changes from the base Supertool model to the M make a difference, but also allows everyday use. The extender/site tool was the reason I purchased the tool. Seemed like an all in one tool for the range. I also own a MUT and keep both in the range bag, but I also EDC the Supertool M unlike the mission centric MUT."

Why to choose the 300M!

"Straight up I'll say I'm sad it no longer has a saw. . but it's more solid than my 1st supertool 300 that's been with me 25 years +/-. If its a good tool for the mmilitary I'm sure it'll serve my day to day needs. Bit system is a plus as are the new wire cutters, both replaceable! Thus extending its lifetime!! Bit extender that takes standard bits!! Great, molle pouch goes all the way! And my bro payed for it as a birthday present, reminds me of him day by day. ."

Great tool but…beware.

"Bought this this tool directly from Leatherman and when it came I found a problem with it. The tool didn’t have have the 8-32 tapped holes in the plier head. I contacted Leatherman by phone and it was not very pleasant to get them to take it back for them to fix the issue. Several emails and phone calls to get a replacement for the incorrect tool. They told me that it was a “rolling change” and also the threads were located in the handle itself. I did get the issue resolved but it took about a month for me to get the correct item. This is a great tool and I’m happy with the tool just a hassle to get the item I should have got in the first place."
