Most useful tools for everyday use
"This has a knife and scissors on the exterior which can (sometimes) be opened one handed. These are the two most used for me. I've had a Micra for a long time and it was my favorite, but the small blade it had me also caring a separate pocket knife as well. This has been a great all in one. I like to carry it in my pocket so the pocket clip is awesome. In addition I can carry it around while working and sweating and it doesn't get rust spots. This was a problem with the Rebar. My only complaint is I wish the knife and scissors opened more easily for a true one handed operation."

"This is the best multi tool on the market. Got it in college, used it through single-hood, as a dad raising 4 children. After 15 years of not having one issue, it accidentally catches my keys and falls into a parking lot, lost to me. A big blow for me even my kids were sad, but I will be purchasing a new one shortly!"

"Very nice tool has just what I needed. I have had several of the original multi tools over the years all have served me well. Somebody always decides they need it more than me so they appropriate it for there own, actually a certain brand of small flashlights have the same problem. This Wingman is the most comfortable tool on your hands. The lockback on the knife and scissors is my favorite feature. Now I don't have to carry a pocket knife because this tools knife blade is not going to close up when in use. I found the Phillips Head interesting but it works. Overall I give it 5 stars very impressive."

"Bought my Leatherman wingman brand new in January 2013 and have carried it constantly every day since then and have never had any problems with it at all either. So on September 14 2024 I was in Tennessee and went to smoky mountain knife works and decided to upgrade to the Leatherman wave plus because it has a lot more features and tools that will definitely come in handy when camping constantly all the time I’ve had the wave plus a week as of today and I am really liking it so far can’t wait to keep using it it’s been on my belt constantly since buying it new and can’t wait to see what all I actually end up doing with it in the near future. My very first Leatherman purchase was the kick back in 2005. Then in 2013 I bought the wingman and then gifted my cousin the kick and carried the wingman from January 2013-September 2024 when I purchased the Leatherman wave plus and now it’s my constant everyday carry now. Leatherman tools are awesome and great."
