Paint peeled off on day one
"Although I absolutely loved this item, the paint started peeling off after just one day of having it. I contacted customer service about this, but nobody has gotten back to me in nearly a month. Extremely disappointing service"
Good
"Very useful"
Leatherman Micra
"So sad. I had a Leatherman Micra, given to me as a gift, for many, many years years. I accidentally dropped it in the drink - gone for ever! I was so lost without it, that I immediately bought another online. Your service was quick and seamless and I have a bright and shiny new one."
Great knife, bad system
"After customizing the knife and putting it in the shopping cart, the system freezes. I had to find a workaround with ordering a different knife to find the customized on in the cart. I have an IT degree, I know what I am doing. No response from Leatherman to my email. But the knife is really nice."
All great in htis micro multitool BUT. . .
"All the services in this small multitool are great and useful. However, the scissors are not as I expected. They are goog in paper, thin cardboard, but not even good in fabric and other materials."
Great little edc
"My gf loved it."

Great EDC tool
"Have carried a few multitools over the years. This is my favorite. Small and discreet enough to not be uncomfortable, but full of functionality. I can't tell you the amount of times it's helped make a minor inconvenience completely disappear. My wife now always asks to use it, and I gave them as custom gifts to the men in my wedding. Great little tool."
MidwestMan
"This Micra multi-tool is always in my pocket. I use it at least ten times a day. I also put one in my checked luggage for travel, have one in my car (just in case), and have given them as gifts. I’m a big believer in these tools! I also own a Bond and a Wave model."
